1. How to become a wholesaler of Hylar:

To become a wholesaler of Hylar, you need to meet these two requirements:

  • You have bought at least 2000 box of Hylar’s pink salt
  • You have to buy at least 100 box of Hylar’s pink salt per time
2. How would Hylar’s wholesalers receive price promotion?

Wholesalers will receive commission of 25% – 35% for each bill at Hylar

3. What will Hylar support for wholesalers?

Hylar will support products for wholesalers, including:

  • Product exchange: In 7 days since the invoice day, wholesaler will be able to exchange new products if products are identified as  manufacturers’ faults
  • Return goods: In case products and prices are not similar to buying deals, wholesalers have the right to return goods for manufacturers. Returning goods process is conducted in 7 days since invoice day and sign receipt of delivery
4. If the wholesalers want to buy Hylar’s products, how much will they be?

Our price for wholesalers is $35/box (for Hylar Foot Detox) and $40/box (for Hylar Muscle Relief)

Note: This price is not included discount 

5. How much are Hylar's products?

With bills that are under 10 boxes, we normally sell with the price of $50 – $60/boxes. If customers buy above 10 boxes, the price will range from $35 – $40.

6. What method will Hylar ship products and how long will we get them?
  • Hylar will use credible shipping units in America like FedEx, UPS, USPS, vv.
  • According to your place, the products will be shipped to you in around 2 – 5 days.
7. How to change or cancel orders
  • Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your orders. Make sure that you provide enough information such as how many boxes have you ordered and the number that you want to change, we will reconfirm after your alteration. We hope you note that any order that has the label of conducting is unable to alter or cancel
  • We also want to inform that management fee, processing and delivering  (account for 20% on your bill) will be applied for your cancellation
  • To check your order’s status, please contact our customer assistant.
8. How is the shipping fee calculated?

Shipping fee will be calculated according to the price of the carrier. However, we do support shipping with certain quantity orders. Details please refer here.

 

10. What if I receive the wrong item, damaged or defective item?

Please contact our Customer Support team to initiate the exchange. Please include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Video or photo of the defective product (if any)
  • Full delivery address
  • Contact phone number

In some cases, you may be asked to attach a video or photo of the defective product as proof for a refund or replacement.

10. Will I receive an order confirmation email and order tracking information?

We will send order information such as: order details, order value, unit and shipping code via the email you provide.
